Everyone gets excited when we have one of our online sales but there are some things to remember that may make your crazy sale shopping more enjoyable!
Come say hello before the sale & introduce yourself. If you are not familiar with splashofpink.com you may want to navigate around the site to see how it works. There will be a large block on the homepage as an easy entry into the sale area that will be visible on 8/21 at 8am. If you do not already have a splashofpink.com account make sure to create one before the sale starts to save some time. Remember: our inventory is ‘real-time’ so if you add something to your cart but delay in checking out someone could scoop it up before you seal the deal! This is just how real-time inventory works.
Free shipping! We will be offering FREE GROUND shipping on all orders over $50 during the 3-day sale. If you select priority shipping (next day/2-day/3-day select) please call the store after your order is placed and give us your order number so we can ensure your order gets to you priority. These sale days create very high traffic and we tend to operate 48 hours behind in getting the orders out to you. Please allow 2-4 days for processing all ground orders.
Quickly narrow your search. Say you’re after some dresses for your wardrobe. The quickest way to narrow the search for all the dresses available in the size you’re looking for is to go to that category page and at the top, right above the product pictures, you can select the size you need and you’ll see that your choices below will have changed. You can use this method of shopping to narrow the search for any of the categories you’ll be shopping.
Understanding the return policy. All spring 2012 items and prior are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges and will be denoted as FINAL SALE. Please double-check your items before you check out if this is of concern to you. $7 for return shipping costs will be deducted if prepaid shipping label is used. Splashofpink.com must receive sale merchandise for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged with original tags for exchange. No refunds will be made on sale merchandise.
